"IsScript.sh" is a Bourne shell script that determines whether the file you specify is a script. It does it by looking at the first two character of the file and see if they are "#!". This script outputs '1' when these two characters are found and '0' if they are not found.
"IsScript.sh" takes advantage of the following shell scripts, which are also available on this site. So to use the this script, you will need to download these other scripts if you don't already have them.
