String Length (GPL)
"StrLen.cmd" is a Windows batch program that calculates the length of the specified string. You can call this script from your own custom batch script to determine the length of a string.
"StrLen.cmd" takes advantage of the SetNumberOfArguments.bat (GPL) script that is available on this web site. So to use "StrLen.cmd", you'll have to download SetNumberOfArguments.bat, if you don't already have it.
"StrLen.cmd" is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.
Found a bug where this script couldn't process strings that contain parentheses. I've fixed the script and it is attached below.
