Restart RDPCLIP (GPL)For the uninitiated, the RDPCLIP.EXE process is used by Remote Desktop to copy-and-paste text between the remote computer. Every so often, the process stop working, causing copy-and-paste to fail. By killing and restarting the RDPCLIP.EXE process, you can restore this failure. This problem is documented in "Windows Won't Copy-and-Paste with rdesktop". "Restart RDPCLIP.cmd" is Windows batch program that kills the RDPCLIP.EXE process and restarts it for the current user (the user that executed the script). You can run this script by double-clicking it. Or you may call it in "Scheduled Tasks" or "Task Schedule" to have it automatically restart RDPCLIP.EXE periodically. "Restart RDPCLIP.cmd" is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site. If you make changes to this batch file, please feel free to upload it back here to share it with others. Chieh Cheng
