TakeControl 2.02

I amunable to get take control 2.02 to install. Running vista home basic sp1. Download seems fine. Extract to Documents seems fine. Install results in a quick flash of the command promt widow. No installtion happens. I have seen the window enough to know that it has "chown access denied".

Run the installation batch file from the command line and report the error messages.
