Time-Line

2042 (October 29): Space research program was proposed by the United Nations.
2042 (November 9): Space research program approved and named United Nations Space Research Program (UNSRP).
2042 (December 2): UNSRP was put into effect. Four agencies has been established under the UNSRP: United Nations Space Research Agency (UNSRA), InterPlanetary Space Research Agency (IPSRA), InterStellar Space Research Agency (ISSRA), and the InterGalactic Space Research Agency (IGSRA).
2043 (February 9): Establishment of universal space coordination system.
2043 (May 27): Both United States and Russian Federation have agreed to allow UNSRP the use of their space shuttle technology.
2047 (August 30): Discovery of a 5th dimension in space by the IGSRA. Scientists start to research the applications for this 5th dimension.
2047 (December 5): Discovered the relationship between the 5th dimension and the universal space coordination system.
2048 (January 18): IGSRA drew up an updated version of the universal space coordination system based on the 5th dimension and all previous dimensions.
2048 (April 4): IGSRA released informations on intergalactic space travel technology - The Dimensional Door.
2049 (November 2): United Nations Military Space Research Agency (UNMSRA) was proposed.
2049 (November 19): UNMSRA was approved and established under the UNSRP.
2050 (May 5): IGSRA proposed a technical plan of a piece of equipment which enables and accesses the Dimensional Door - the Dimensional Door Opener.
2051 (February 12): The first Dimensional Door Opener was equipped on the space shuttle Innovator. Due to space limitation, the space shuttle can not be manned. All it incorporates are the boosters, the 'opener', and coordinate signal transmitter.
2051 (April 27): Launching of Innovator using a special receiver mounted in the shuttle which allowed the operator to stay on Earth. On board was also a device to send back electromagnetic signals of the ID of the shuttle along with its coordination.
2051 (April 28): Launching and operation of space shuttle Innovator successful. Second part of the project carried out. Space shuttle travelled through a Dimensional Door of its own size, created by the Dimensional Door Opener. Destination: 3 light years away.
2054 (June 6): Received electromagnetic signals of the ID of Innovator. The Dimensional Door is a success.
2054 (June 7): Human kind celebrated the success of project Dimensional Door.
2054 (June 30): Transmission of the signal stopped, a week early than the scientists have expected.
2057 (August 6): Dimensional Vortex proposed.
2057 (November 28): Dimensional Vortex project accepted.
2059 (February 14): Dimensional Vortex tested successfully on-board Innovator 2. Destination same as before. Innovator 1 not found.
